Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) which conducts
Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) has announced a newly launched
enhanced score report. As per reports, new GMAT score report has been designed
to provide a comprehensive analysis of the overall performance of the
test-takers.
GMAT is a standardized test designed for graduate business
and management programs. B-schools from all over the world use GMAT scores to
grant admission. As per the reports, through the new report, the GMAT examinees
can gain a detailed analysis, which will cover their performance in the
different sections/subsections of the examination. GMAC has introduced the GMAT Enhanced Score
Report to assist students to score their best, to interpret/manage scores,
present it in the best possible way to institutes or take measures to boost
their scores.
The report consists of metrics, which explain complete
details such as the average time taken by the test-taker to answer each
question type, overall time management in respect of other test-takers, etc.
Moreover, it throws light on how to utilize the report to discuss or improve
scores. The new GMAT Enhanced Score Report will be delivered to the examinees
after they appear for the examination. The GMAT Prep Enhanced Score Report was
launched in 2014, which the candidates can use during their study/practice
while using GMAC’s official GMAT Prep.
As per reports, both Enhanced Score Reports as well as the
Score Preview offer the candidates better control on how or when to report
their scores to the institutes where they are applying. Last year, GMAC
launched the Score Preview feature for GMAT, which enables the test-takers to
cancel a GMAT score if they so desire, before sending it to an institute.
