PI-WAT details for PGP admission into 6 new IIMs released

While the old IIMs are more prestigious, the newer IIMs are also attracting a fair share of student hopefuls and now all the details regarding the Common Admission Process (CAP) for admission has been reported.

According to reports, CAP for the 2015-17 academic session of the flagship two-year full-time Postgraduate Program in Management (PGP) of the six new Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) is now provided at the IIM Udaipur website. IIM Udaipur is the coordinator of the CAP for the six new IIMs for the 2015-17 batch.

It was reported that the CAP consists of the Written Analysis Test/Personal Interview (WAT/PI) rounds. The six new IIMs include IIM Kashipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur, IIM Rohtak, IIM Udaipur and IIM Tiruchirappalli or Trichy.

IIM Udaipur had earlier issued the shortlist of candidates who can appear for the WAT/PI round. The candidates need to login with their Registration Number, Date of Birth and e-mail ID, as provided in the Common Admission Test 2014 (CAT 2014) application form. The WAT/PI rounds will be conducted at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata between Monday, February 16 and Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
